Pastor Oscar Morales - Hispanic Ministries
I was born in Guatemala City and have been married to a wonderful woman named Elsa Morales for 35 years. We have three beautiful children: Sergio, Oscar, and Karen. All three are married and we have the privelege of being grandparents to 8 wonderful grandkids!
in 1988 my family and I moved to the Bay Area. In 1992, I became a Christian and received the calling from God to become a Pastor in 1996. I started taking some ministerial classes at the Angelus Institute in San Francisco. I continued my formal theological studies and graduated from Northern California Theological Institute of the Church of the Nazarene, becoming ordained in 2003.
Now I give all the glory to God for allowing me to be FCC's full time Hispanic Ministries Pastor for "FCC Fuego de Dios." I know that we will see the hand of God touching lives in a mighty way here at FCC. Our vision is to see one church in unity, in love, and on fire, reaching out to the mulitudes. We aim to encourage, educate, and guide people to Christ through our ministry.
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous hand." Isaiah 41:10

My passion is influencing the next generation through Praise & Worship. We want to lead worship in Spirit and in Truth, full of passion, faith, compassion, and love for Jesus. We are connecting a new generation to evangelism and discipleship and couldn't be more excited about it!
"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshippers must worship in spirit and in truth." John 4:23-24
